RHONAX has been offering its customers robotic cells since 2002. We are specialists in automation in the field of machining of mechanical parts. As an integrator of FANUC, KUKA and STÄUBLI robots, we strive to find the best answer to your productivity problems.
Our cells meet very simple needs (1 machine) but also the most complex demands (multi machines, multi machining process).
Each cell has its own specificities: load on board at the end of the robot, parts feeding systems, gripping technology, single or multiple part references, peripheral processes (control, washing, deburring, blowing, marking...).
As a manufacturer of assembly machines or integrator of customer resources, we are able to respond to all requests for machines or assembly lines.
Multi-station turntable machine, free pallet conveyor serving satellite assembly stations, traceability, process control station, information feedback to a server... We are able to offer complete production lines.
The cells and/or lines proposed can integrate manual stations to avoid significant costs in terms of component distribution. Our customers trust us on these types of files considering our know-how in robot integration, special machines manufacturing and control.
More and more, our customers ask us to work on complete lines integrating the machining and assembly phases.

The machines are proposed according to the customer's specifications, taking into account the requested cycle times, the number of controls to be carried out, the requirements in terms of metrology equipment...
